I don't know about you, but I'm over it! Can we all have a little normalcy, please? The media has induced so much fear into society that we're all walking around like everyone has cooties. I can see the fear and concern in people’s eyes as they peer over their facemasks, of which I refuse to wear. People in the grocery stores back away if I get too close as if something was going to jump off my clothes, latch on to their face, and suck the air out of their lungs. Please people; can we take a step down from the crazy ledge…?

I turned off the media a long time ago. I knew right away that something wasn’t right with the whole situation and that the stories the media were telling were over-exaggerated white lies. It was blatantly obvious to me (it still is) that they aren’t telling us all the facts, so I just shut it off. Instead, I turned to some of my own trusted medical information sources and heard a completely different reality, one that aligned more with what my intuition was telling me. I wanted to share some of what I found with you. (Warning: I am a Contrarian, but everything I mention below is linked to the source; I have a strong opinion, but I made sure to link my statements to other articles and research.)

Here is what I found:

Inconclusive test results: The CV test instructions from the CDC clearly indicate that the results of the test DO NOT rule out bacterial infections or co-infections with other viruses. So, if you’re sick, your illness might actually be caused by an infection OTHER than CV, but your test results will still be CV positive, and you will be counted as a positive case. From the instructions, I quote: “The agent detected may not be the definite cause of disease.” (By the way, I refuse to use the full name of the virus because saying the name gives it power. I refuse to give it more power than it has already robed.)

Inaccurate tests, but more and more cases: The accuracy of the CV test is “unknown,” according to Medical News Today and a recent Google search. However, the president of the Chinese Academy of Medical Science stated that the tests are 30%-50% accurate at best. A research article straight out of China, published on PubMed on March 5, 2020, stated that the test kits are only 20% accurate for positive cases, and that 80% of the time the test generated a false positive. Strangely, this article has since been withdrawn from publication and is no longer available. Real science doesn’t cover up observation; real science builds on observation and provides explanation.

“Confirmed Cases:” A “confirmed case” depends only on the results of the test result, even though their accuracy rate is low. However, the WHO and governments around the world are basing critical decisions on these result. In the US, A patient does not have to show signs of the virus or meet any other specified criteria to be counted as a positive case other than a positive test result. Once China started implementing criteria specifications, their case rate went down.

The numbers: The number of cases has increased with the number of test kits deployed… makes logical sense, right? Especially with the probability of a false positive.

Fatalities: The number of estimated deaths from CV compared to the number of estimated deaths from the flu each is noting I can get too excited over. According to statistics from April 18th, 2020, “confirmed” CV deaths were 39,200 in the US, 162,000 in the world. For reference, 70,000 people attended the Super Bowl in 2019. The WHO estimates that about 650,000 people die every year globally from the seasonal flu, and somewhere between 60,000 and 80,000 deaths occur in the US alone. And, remember, a “positive” test result does not rule out infection with bacteria or a co-infection with another virus.

Here is an article by a science journalist, Nick Pineault to further broaden this perspective.
Here is a conversation with top virologist, Judy Mikovits, PhD who discusses testing, why NOT to wear a mask, and other information that the media is missing (the content is dense, so start at minute 6:00 and try to get through at least minute 18:00. Focus on the high level content and don't worry about the details).

CV is tanking the economy, has already sent one in 8 people into unemployment (more than 300,000 Tennesseans), has closed businesses, and is keeping people from their loved ones, their jobs, and their lives.

On the flip side, there are some things to be concerned about:

The natural: According to Dr. Dietrick Klinghardt, MD, PhD, CV has a viral component and a bacterial component. That is not natural. A virus and a bacterium cannot combine in nature. Think about it!

Mandatory Vacs?! Vaccines can re-activate dormant infections in susceptible individuals. If you are immune-comprimized (with lyme disease, cancer, HIV, etc), please be cautious of vaccines.

Effectiveness: Research carried out by scientists who have previously been supported by the worlds largest flu vaccination producer (Sanofi) shows that flu vaccines are somewhere between 30% and 57% effective. Mainstream news (NBC) even reported that THIS season’s flu vaccine is about 45% effective, an improvement over last year. So, getting the flue shot does not guarantee flue immunity.

Toxins: Vaccines contain aluminum and formaldehyde, among other things. Aluminum is a neurotoxin and formaldehyde is a Class 1 (known) human carcinogen. When you receive vaccinations, you also receive these toxins. This is a highly debatable topic. I suggest doing your own research; and please listen to all sides of the argument. Information for government sources can be one-sided. If you believe in science, first amendment rights, parent rights, freedom of speech, informed consent, and bodily sovereignty, consider joining Stand for Health Freedom.

We have to pay attention to our environment and its effect on our health. There have been more cases of CV in areas with high levels of air pollution and 5G. 5G does in fact have an effect on our immune system and we must take action to protect ourselves. Watch the upcoming 5G summit to find out more about the biological impact and how to create a safe home. You don't want to miss this!

Did they know? Interestingly enough, the Whitehouse came out with a report in September of 2019about the effects of a pandemic flu on the US economy and discusses heavily the need for vaccination research and development. So timely.

I’m sure I could continue to pull up weeds, but I’ve done enough digging for one day.

The lockdown of the country will be far more severe than the virus. 98% of the time, people will recover from an illness similar to either a mild cold or a bad flue. Yes, the virus can cause severe illness in susceptible people and some have lost their lives. I have sympathy to those who have been effect. However, it’s time to get back to work and get the wheels of society turning again. If you agree, consider joining Stand for Health Freedom.

Turn off the media, turn off the fear, turn off the virus. #Turnitoff.

Be well, lovely people.

A healthy microbiome is required for long-term vitality

http://www.awakenedtaste.com/blog/a-healthy-microbiome-is-required-for-long-term-vitality

http://www.awakenedtaste.com/blog/a-healthy-microbiome-is-required-for-long-term-vitality#comments

Uncategorized

A healthy microbiome is worth it's weight in gold.Your microbiome is made of up all the bacteria, yeast, protozoa and other good guys and bad guys and their genetic material that live inside your body. The number of genes in all the microbes in one person's microbiome is 200 times the number of genes in the human genome! (Wow.) All of this stuff weighs about 5 pounds.

Your microbiome is undeniably one of the most important components of health. It is a major part of your immune system and is required for the synthesis of some essential nutrients, like Vitamin K2.

When the microbiome gets push out of balance by bad bacteria, we can experience symptoms like:

gas, belching, and bloating

diarrhea and/or constipation

brain fog and cognitive dysfunction

depression

fatigue

skin irritation such as itching, dry skin, dandruff, and acne

allergy flair-ups and other histamine reactions

frequent colds and sore throats

bad breath and other body odors

UTIs

PMS and painful periods

migraine headaches

....

Clearly this is a lot of symptoms. But the point is, "dis-ease" starts in the gut.
How does our gut get rocked? Well, just living in society is really all it takes. Here are some common things we do that disrupt our internal garden of flora:

drink chlorinated and fluoridated tap water

use anti-bacterial hand sanitize

use oral contraceptives

eat conventional dairy, meat, and poultry that are given anti-biotics. (Animals in the US consume more than twice as many antibiotics as humans. An Environmental Working Group analysis of the latest federal testing shows nearly 80 percent of supermarket meat contains antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Yikes. Read this article on DrAxe.com for more on how to avoid these products in the store).

use anti-biotics on a regular basis (the chicken & egg dilemma)

eat diets high in sugar and low in fiber

sit on our bums and veg on refined carbohydrates, like chips and cookies

Our guts are always under attack and we need to constantly do what we can to support our micorbiota. Here are some simple steps you can take to support the most vital component of your health.

take a probiotic (the more unique strains the better)

reduce sugar in your diet

exercise regularly (it's as simple as going for a walk every day)

practice stress management and meditation. (Research shows that our mood has a direct impact on our gut and vice versa; read more here).

Purchase a high quality water purifier. I recommend a whole-house water purifier so that even the water you bathe in is clean. Watch this video by Dr. Mercol for more information tap vs purified water.

eat some delicious probiotic foods, like kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, yogurt and miso daily.

If you are having digestive or skin issues, your body is telling you something is out of balance and that you may benefit from a digestive reset protocol. I hope this short article will provide some insight.

What is inflammation?
Inflammation is the body’s attempt at healing itself. It’s the body’s internal response to injury. Inflammation helps repair damaged body tissue.

Isn’t this a good thing?
Yes! Without inflammation, we would never heal from a simple cut or a more severe injury. This healing process is meant to take a relativity short amount of time, however. Inflammation is a problem when it becomes chronic; another classic example of the case where too much of a good thing is no long a good thing.

If inflammation is the body’s attempt at healing, then doesn’t chronic inflammation indicate an on-going injury?
Yes! You got it. Chronic inflammation is a result of a continuous burden on or injury to the body. If that inflammation is happening internally all the time, then there’s only one possible cause of the damage; ourselves.

Are you telling me we are injuring ourselves?
Well, in large part yes, whether we know it or not. Most of the chronic inflammation we are dealing with in America is actually triggered by our diet. Many of the foods we eat promote inflammation in the body, including sugar, refined grains like bread and pasta, and omega 6-fats found in conventional (grain-fed) animal products. When we eat too many of these foods, the body over-produces inflammatory compounds. These compounds can lead to all sorts of chronic conditions, from arthritis to Crohn’s disease, to depression, and so on. It is critical that we consume anti-inflammatory foods to help balance out these compounds, like blueberries, ginger, flax seeds, salmon, and even green tea.

Changing our diet is a choice, but it isn’t easy. To help support you in making these positive changes, I’m hosting a 5-week Anti-Inflammatory Diet Program at Back in Touch Wellness Center. This class will give you meal plans and recipes to follow as well as some great ways to reduce daily stress (emotional stress can also induce inflammation). The group-setting provides accountability and support as well. I’ve included a one-on-one coaching session with you and me too so you can get some personalized feedback recommendations.

Healing starts from the inside out, and we must provide the body with the right building blocks to heal. It all starts with food. Join us, and start feeling your best! Christmas cookie overload, too much cheese ball, and gettin' tipsy on the peppermint schnapps. Here are 5 tips to help you maintain your self control and keep those holiday hips at bay while still enjoying your favorite seasonal treats.

1. Eat balanced, nutrient-dense meals throughout the day.
Eating balanced meals will help keep your blood sugar balanced and you'll end up eating less when you head over to the part at the end of the day. Many think that it's good to "save room" for the party food by not eating lunch, but this makes you more hungry and more likely to overdose on sugar. When blood sugar is low, the body naturally craves sugar!

2. Don't drink alcohol on an empty stomach.
Doing so will spike your blood sugar and again, increase cravings for sugar (in the form of sweets or processed grains like bread, crackers, french fries etc.). Consume your alcoholic beverage with your food.

3. If you do drink alcohol, balance it out with plenty of water.
Keep on eye an your "Safety Rabbit," i.e., your water intake. Make sure to have 12 oz of water for every alcoholic beverage, minimum.

4. Only eat what's on your plate.
It's easy to stand around the potluck table and nibble on chips, M&Ms, or crackers and cheese ball, but pretty soon we've just consumed waaaayyy more than we needed to. Eating from a plate helps us see what we're eating as well as how much we're eating.

5. Slow down and practice mindful eating.
When you eat slower, you eat less because you allow your body enough time to respond to the food that's coming down the hatch. Stopping eating before you're full is like pulling the roast out of the oven before it's done.... you don't want to over cook it.... And, when you eat slower, you also get to enjoy it longer. Slow yourself down by chewing more, which improves digestion, and setting your fork down between bites. Taking deep slow breaths after every other bite will also cool the nervous system (improving digestion) and allow your stomach to send the "I'm full" signal to your brain.

Cheers!
