The small-group format allows you and two or three of your buddies to work together (great for couples, friends, or family members). Daily communication is established with your group, which builds reinforcement, accountability, and trust. Through my experiences, I find that individuals are more successful when they know they aren't alone in the process of change and can ask for support from the people they trust.
The program is centered around a gentle two-week cleansing diet, which will help reduce inflammation, help reduce hormones, and teach you about the power of a healing diet. Although we work through a this short diet together, it doesn't have to be (but can be) the focus of your work here. This program is designed to serve you in the best way possible. Make it work for you!
The Layout
What you receive:
- Week 1- Introduction and Preparation: Set your intention for the program (what are your desired outcomes?). You'll learn that the first step toward making positive changes is self-kindness. We also discuss the meal plan and recipes provided for the next two weeks and design a customized supplement regiment that help support particular conditions.
- Week 2 and 3: We discuss obstacles, talk through potential solutions, and note physical changes we've experienced in just one week of practicing self-kindness. We discuss stress and how it is often an underlying factor in many cases of dis-ease. I share stress management techniques that you can use every day to help you feel grounded and at peace.
- Week 4: We reflect on the outcomes and on what you've learned about food and your body's needs. I help you find ways to keep these good habits going long after the program ends.

Meeting Information: Date/time: Evenings or weekends. Each session is 1.5 hours. Location: Meet at my home in East Nashville and enjoy a cozy environment. I can also travel to your home if you prefer. Conference call or Skype also available for distant clients.
