Cooking A Whole Chicken
Who doesn't love a good finger-lickin' organic chicken? This one was cooked two ways: roasted in the oven (great for serving to guests) and steamed in the pressure cooker (great for making soup, salad, burritos, or enchiladas. Arriba!) How do you cook a whole chicken two ways? Watch to find out. Always look for organic, locally raised chicken for the best quality protein available. A chicken's natural diet includes green plants, wild seeds, and insects (grubs are their fav!). The birds will be the healthiest when they have access to their natural diet and sunshine. |

Burgers On the Stove-Top
Did you know: A cow's natural diet consists of grass, grass, and more grass? That's why when you see cows roaming around in a green pasture they look so happy! Cows should never eat corn or grain... it gives them gas! Methane gas! No one likes feeling bloated and gassy, not even cows. By allowing cows to graze and eat grass, they not only keep the fields managed, they add viable nutrients to the soil from what comes out the other end. This is great news for our depleting soil. Farmers, get yourself some cows today! Check it out Chelsea Green for more info. |

Wild Salmon in the Oven
If you were stranded on a dessert island, fish would be one of the most nutrient-dense foods you could find. So grab your pole and lets get started! You can cook salmon in less than 20 minutes in the oven using a parchment-paper wrap. This keeps the fish moist and prevents your kitchen from smelling like fish for the next 5 days! Easy clean up too! Salmon is loaded with healthy fats, like omega-3 fatty acids for brain health, vitamin D for bones and the immune system, selenium for detoxification, and B-vitamins for detox and energy production. Choose only wild caught fish because they have lived in their natural habitat and eaten a proper diet. |

Chocolate Pudding

Imagine, rich, decadent, smooth, creamy chocolate mousse without any considerations. Just. Pure. Goodness. With only 5 ingredients, this chocolate dessert is a quick fix everyone will enjoy. |
